the main objectives of the charity are as follows:
- The relief of those in need in the Isle of Man by reason of their youth or vulnerability by providing opportunities for personal development, including in relation to their self-esteem, social, communication and team-working skills and awareness of civic responsibility, in particular through, but not limited to, working on motor vehicles in a workshop environment;
- The promotion of the education of young people and vulnerable adults in the Isle of Man concerning motor vehicles and road safety by, but not limited to, providing instruction regarding the repair, maintenance and re-building of motor vehicles and opportunities to drive motor vehicles in safe, legal conditions;
- The advancement of citizenship, in particular volunteering, by providing opportunities for individuals in the Isle of Man, including young people and vulnerable adults, to participate in the running of the charity.
